CHIEF COMPLAINTS:- Involuntary movements of both upper and lower limbs. HISTORY OF PRESENTING ILLNESS:-  Patient was apparently asymptomatic 1 day ago , then he developed involuntary movements ,in both upper and lower limbs, which was sudden in onset , associated with shivering,and fever. CASE:-  17 year old female complaining of loose stools and vomiting since 1 week.  CHIEF COMPLAINTS:-  •loose stools since 1 week •vomiting since 1 week •fever since 3 days.
